Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. maintains the Biltmore Who's Who site to service its customers. To Protect visitor personal information of visitations to the site, and to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers, Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. has established "terms of use" ("Terms") that set forth what you can expect from the Biltmore Who's Who site, and what we can count on from you as a user of the site. You agree not to use the Biltmore Who's Who site or any of the Content for any illegal purpose, or to transmit to or through the Biltmore Who's Who site any illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful or other objectionable material of any kind, or to interfere with, abuse or otherwise violate the legal rights of any third party using the Biltmore Who's Who site (including by use of any merchandise or services offered on or in connection with the site).

Use of Content

Biltmore Who's Who grants permission to access and view the Biltmore Who's Who site and to electronically copy and print in hard copy portions of the Biltmore Who's Who site for the sole purpose of submitting an order. Any other use of the Biltmore Who's Who site or the Content without permission of the applicable rights holder is strictly prohibited, including without limitation and modification, republication, deletion, transmission, public performance, distribution, proxy caching, uploading, posting, reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, or other exploitation of this site or the Content, in whole or other than those noted above, or other exploitation of this site or the Content, in whole or in part. APPLICABLE LAW

The Biltmore Who's Who site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. from its offices within the State of Florida, United States of America. Since it can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world, and each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Florida, by accessing the Biltmore Who's Who site both you and Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. agree that the statutes and laws of the state of Florida, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to use of the site and its contents. You and Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. further agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of the appropriate County and the United States District Court for the District of Florida with respect to any matters relating to use of the site and its contents, or any transactions arising from such use.

Nor will Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. or any of its affiliates ever disclose your personal address book to any party, for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Biltmore Who's Who, Inc. reserves the right to cooperate with local, state, and federal officials in any investigation relating to any purported illegal activity(ies) of any user.

Biltmore Who's Who SECURITY

We take the privacy of your personal information very seriously. This is why we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most advanced security system available. All of the personal information you enter, including your name, address, credit card information and the contents of your address book, is encrypted by our secure server software into indecipherable bits before it is safely transmitted across the Internet. To ensure that the information from your address book and profile is even more secure, we store it on a server that isn't accessible on the Internet and is password protected. Once we store that information, it won't be displayed anywhere on Biltmore Who's Who.
